Reiki helps to get to the real issues behind self defeating or self destructive behaviour in a calm and relaxing way, bringing hidden emotions to the surface without the client becoming overwhelmed.

Just had my first Reiki treatment. what an absolutely amazing experience. It far exceeded my expectations and I just felt so calm and relaxed during the whole process. A very professional service that I can’t recommend highly enough.
