I offer Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Chakra Balancing as a qualified Reiki practitioner, NFSH practitioner of spiritual healing and complementary therapist.
Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Chakra Balancing are supportive, natural therapies that seek to bring about relaxation and peace to stimulate our own natural healing mechanisms. They involve rebalancing energy at our main energy centres (or chakras) and joints.
Clients have stated many effects after treatment including feeling peaceful, relaxed, less stressed, less pain and generally more positive.
As a massage therapist, I practice aromatherapy, sports / deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, Indian head massage, facial massage and as a counsellor I provide help with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, abuse, domestic violence and addiction. I also specialise in grief & loss issues.
Treatments are very holistic – balancing mind, body, emotions and spirit as I believe they are all connected and effect each other. I tailor every treatment to suit the individual person and am happy to incorporate treatments if desired.

I have had problems sleeping and came for a session feeling a bit sceptical. I had a wonderful nights sleep afterwards and continued to feel better for a few days. With a few sessions I have begun to feel less stressed in general and always get a very good sleep after seeing Tonia.
Tonia is amazing at sports massage. Needed after muscles tightened due to running. Since having my first sports massage with Tonia I’ve not needed to go back to the osteopath. Would definitely recommend
Very sceptical at first as to how Reiki could help. Tonia took time both on the phone and in person to discuss the issues I had before starting the Reiki treatment. Afterwards I felt very relaxed and a lot less worried out the issues I had. I’ve had several more treatments since from Tonia and am amazed at the difference I feel after a Reiki session, always coming out feeling relaxed, calm and an awful lot better than when I went in.
