The Heard Therapy

I am able to provide Reiki combined with Somatic Experiencing to promote deeper healing. From April to October I can also offer this supported by nature and equine connection. No horse experience necessary, connection can take place from behind the fence if needed.
Solo day retreats available and one to one sessions.

I am a trained equine assisted psychotherapist, reiki 2 practitioner and a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
