Hello, I’m Frank, a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, a member of the UK Reiki Federation and fully insured.

At The Healing Zen Den, I offer a friendly, welcoming and down-to-earth approach to Reiki, providing a peaceful space where you can escape the pressures of everyday life, unwind and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.

What I Offer

I provide individual Reiki sessions tailored to your preferences and comfort, whether you’re completely new to Reiki or have experienced it before.

My services include:

30-minute Reiki sessions – Ideal for anyone curious about Reiki or looking for a shorter relaxation session.
60-minute Reiki sessions – An opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy a full Reiki experience.
90-minute Reiki sessions – An extended session for those who prefer a longer, unhurried experience.
30-minute Distant Reiki sessions – Experience Reiki from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the UK.

Who I Work With

I welcome adults from all walks of life, including those who:
– Feel overwhelmed by the demands of work or everyday life.
– Would like to make more time for relaxation and personal wellbeing.
– Are interested in exploring complementary wellbeing practices.
– Have never experienced Reiki and would like to give it a try.
– Simply want some peaceful time away from their busy routines.

You don’t need any particular spiritual beliefs or previous experience to enjoy a Reiki session. Everyone is welcome, including those who are simply curious.

What Makes The Healing Zen Den Different?

I believe Reiki should be approachable, comfortable and accessible to everyone.

As a male Reiki practitioner, I’m particularly keen to encourage more men to explore relaxation and wellbeing, although my services are equally welcoming to women.

I take time to explain what happens during a session, answer questions and ensure you’re comfortable throughout. Sessions are carried out fully clothed, with your personal comfort and preferences always respected.

Evening appointments are available, which can be particularly convenient if you work during the day or have other commitments.
