Holistic therapies are non invasive treatments which allow the natural flow of the body’s energy thus enabling the body to re-balance itself. Treating the person as a whole brings the mind, body and soul into alignment and helps us cope with the stress in our daily lives. It is my belief that maintenance for our own well being is just as important as the maintenance for the the vehicles that we drive, after all we only have the one body to last our whole lifetime. That has to be worth investing in.

My first Reiki experience was with Paula who was very professional and explained how the treatment would work to me. Once the treatment was over I found that I was very calm and peaceful (I’m naturally a nervous, anxious person), as a result I have since been to see her for regular appointments and the loved ones in my life have noticed a massive difference in me.
