Reiki is a non invasive therapy which gives a sense of calm and wellbeing. If you receive Reiki in person the Practioner will use a hands on or hand off method of moving their hands around your body, placing them in various positions and transferring healing energy to the receiver. It is relaxing and non invasive.

At present I am offering distance Reiki which I compare to prayer where healing/prayers/positive thoughts are sent to the receiver from the Practioner to bless and enhance their wellbeing and natural ability to heal. All I ask is that you set aside around 20 – 30 minutes to be in a place of relaxing and receiving and just chill and let the healing take place.
I will then give you some feedback after the session, via a message. We dont need to connect on social media whilst the session is taking place, so you can be free to totally relax. This is being offered at present totally free of charge as I believe their is no cost in praying/positive thoughts.
