Hello, I’m Nikki Hastings. I’ve been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2006 and have over 20 years’ experience in holistic therapies. I’m a member of the UK Reiki Federation and am genuinely passionate about Reiki and the powerful, positive difference it can make in people’s lives.

I offer one-hour Reiki treatments from my peaceful treatment room in Hertford, providing a calm, welcoming space where you can properly relax and switch off. Over the years I’ve worked with many clients seeking support for stress, overwhelm and life’s challenges, as well as those who simply want to feel more balanced, clearer and more like themselves again. Each session is guided by what you need on the day, supporting you physically, emotionally and mentally.

Alongside Reiki, I also offer combined sessions with Reflexology or Crystal Healing. These therapies can complement Reiki beautifully and create a deeply calming, restorative experience.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I teach Reiki courses from beginner level through to Master/Teacher. I love sharing Reiki and supporting students as they build confidence in working with this incredible energy — whether for personal growth or professional practice.
