I have been healing for a number of years, both as a qualified Spiritual and Reiki Healer for which I am qualified to level 3.
Most people find a non invasive Reiki session as relaxing and calming, usually ending with a good nights sleep. No claims are made to cure or to definitively heal, but a feeling of wellbeing is usually experienced from what is told to me by my clients. Sometimes other benefits have been experienced as well.
I also teach Usui Reiki.
