As a Counsellor, I have worked with children, young people and adults for nearly 13 years. In 2012 I began to want to do something different, to expand my understanding of myself and others. I realized that I wanted to take an alternative path and so completed my Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Practitioner course in order to progress further. I am continuing to look at different ways to help others and add to my knowledge and as such have undertaken several further courses to improve my skills.

I have visited Anne for a Reiki session several times now, each time I had a feeling of warmth and relaxation resulting in a stronger connection to my inner energy. These feelings stayed with me for some time. Anne’s welcoming and professional natural increased the benefits of the treatments and I look forward to experiencing the different therapies she has to offer.
