I am a Reiki Master, Catalyst Life Coach, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, and Holistic Therapist.
I help people to overcome anxiety, depression and other difficulties using energy work, coaching and positive psychology.
I specialise in energy healing using Reiki, Sekhem, Psychic Surgery and Theta Healing™.
I teach Reiki, from absolute beginners to those who wish to become teachers in their own right: 1st Degree, 2nd degree and 3rd Degree/Master-Teacher level. I run classes on a regular basis. Dates can be tailored to suit your schedule.
I offer Psychic Life Path readings and Mediumistic readings (Clairvoyance) for spiritual guidance.
I run Meditation and Mindfulness Classes for groups and individual clients.          If you are based locally you may be interested in joining East London Meditation and Mindfulness Group 
I provide Coaching to give greater psychological support to clients who are going through a difficult time or need a new direction in life.
I have a special interest in men’s mental health, post-traumatic growth and spiritual crisis.
