Specialising in working with people who live with chronic pain, anxiety and stress and are looking for holistic ways of supporting ongoing health issues.
After 35+ years of commercial consulting, Karen had to navigate burn out and learn how to slow down as she transitioned through menopause. This path led her to retrain in Reiki, as well as studying to become a sound practitioner, using Tibetan Bowls to offer deep sound healing sessions for individuals and small groups, and a trauma informed embodiment facilitator.
Today she supports her clients, and their families, to calm their nervous system and to reset, rebalance and manage their energy.
* In-person Reiki treatments are offered at Luck’s Yard Clinic in Milford, Surrey.
* Distant Reiki treatments from her garden clinic in Hindhead, Surrey.
* Treatments are 50 minutes and can either be booked as individual sessions or as part of a three session treatment plan.
