Sarah Barelli Wellbeing

I am delighted to be able to offer Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Crystal Healing, Meditation and Sound Healing from my peaceful little healing cabin on the edge of the New Forest. I’ve created a calm, nurturing space where you can truly relax, let go, and reconnect with your true self.

It’s my passion to support you on your healing journey—helping bring balance, calm, and clarity through these gentle but powerful therapies. Whether you’re after deep rest or just some time to reconnect, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.

I’m also honoured to share my own learning through professional training in a beautiful, sacred space that’s designed to support your growth and transformation.

I am based in West Wellow, near Romsey, Hampshire.
