I am a Reiki Master Teacher & Master Practitioner & I consider Reiki to be beneficial in all areas of a person’s life, enabling us to maintain our own health on an Emotional, Spiritual, Mental & Physical level.
Reiki is a healing technique that works with the Universal Life Force Energy.

When we consider this, we realize that Reiki is a complete healing method,
With no hidden agendas, is non intrusive, harmless and gentle, yet extremely effective.
This beautiful healing system acts as an amplifier for conventional medicine
& increases the ability to maintain a positive attitude thus aiding recovery.
I offer Reiki healing sessions that last up to 90 minutes. These are available in single sessions or blocks of either Five or Ten sessions. The block sessions are discounted.
I can also attune you to the beautiful healing energy of Reiki, from level one to Masters.

The thought of exploring such an alternative therapy had never crossed my mind until I had a conversation with Jo who offered me a Reiki treatment. I agreed and went into it with an open mind, neither believing nor disbelieving that it could help me.
My first treatment was indeed quite a revelation, everyone`s experience is different, in my case it was quite gentle and relaxing and one that left me with a feeling of peace and well-being and definitely wanting more! Vibrant colors flooded my mind in a way I never thought possible, and in subsequent treatments I envisaged trees and flowers with such clarity it felt possible to reach out and touch them! I have now had several treatments and each one has been beneficial, aspects of each the same in some ways but also very different in others, overall a wonderful experience.
Reiki has certainly opened my mind, I believe my journey has only just begun and look forward to learning more about Reiki, about myself and about the world around me.
The next step on my journey was Attunement to Reiki Level 1 which I undertook a few months ago. This too I have found to be highly beneficial, to feel the energy flowing is amazing and the ability to self heal has been used to great effect on many occasions.
Jo, my Reiki Master is an excellent teacher, always more than willing to offer guidance and support when needed and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking either treatment or attunement.
