By day I’m a Senior Healthcare Assistant at York District Hospital. I love my job, especially interacting with patients….. I have met some really interesting characters in my time!
I’ve dabbled in the art of Reiki for a few years but recently decided to start my own little business, “cheerful heart”, as I enjoy doing it so much. My business name comes from a saying which you may or not heard of, “a cheerful heart is good for the soul”, and this is basically my interpretation of how Reiki works.
