Reiki Level I Training:
During an experiential weekend seminar each student will experience four energy transfers to facilitate an increased flow of energy. You learn how to conduct a personal treatment, to work on others, animals and plants. The seminar also includes the history, philosophy and principles of Reiki leading to:
Improved communication
Heightened self-awareness
Enhanced relationships
Increased self-confidence
Personal growth and empowerment
Understand the Metaphysical causation of illness
Stress reduction

Reiki I graduates have the opportunity to undertake the optional advanced training, Reiki Level II.
