As someone who has overcome life-threatening asthma and life-limiting agoraphobia and anxiety, I understand what it’s like to need practical help, support and effective healing!
With nearly 20 years of experience as a healer and trainer, I offer Reiki sessions in my dedicated healing room and Reiki training at all levels. I can also provide tailored programmes for well-being combining EFT, NLP, hypnosis, Buteyko breathing, relaxation techniques and much more.
Over the years I have successfully helped people overcome asthma, phobias, low self-esteem and trauma, increased confidence and energy levels, as well as providing skills training (privately and for businesses and government departments) in assertiveness, job interview techniques, giving and receiving feedback and relationship building/communication.
