I have been practicing Usui Reiki since 2006 and Reiki Drum since 2019 alongside Crystal Healing, Access Bars and a form of Hypnotherapy that uses Psychotherapy techniques in a creative way to lead you to the root of your wounding, be that in this lifetime or beyond so that the trauma can be transformed. Reiki have been a solid foundation for me and supports all of the therapeutic modalities that I have added to my tool kit along the way. I’m currently diving deeply into an extensive training in Family Constellations which I have found as profound as the gift of Reiki has been to my life.
