I have never tried Reiki before, and it would be fair enough to say that I was a little skeptical about what results could be achieved from it.
I was 30 weeks pregnant, and suffering from various ailments exacerbated by pregnancy, which in turn made sleeping almost impossible.
As pregnancy does not allow you to take strong effective painkillers or sleeping pills, I decided to look into natural and safe methods of healing, and Reiki came highly recommended.
Reiki needs to be performed by someone who can make you feel completely at ease, who is gentle and compassionate, and allows you to relax and truly open your mind to the experience.
Rebecca is a truly unique individual whose compassion and kindness and warmth and care, can be felt as she moves across your body. About half way in to the treatment I was actually starting to fall asleep. UP until this point I hadn’t slept in over a week… I cannot describe the feeling other than that of being in a warm, safe haven, where my mind and body was free to rest and be healed.
I am looking forward to future Reiki treatments, but only with Rebecca!
