I am a retired Mental Health Nurse, Reiki Master teacher, massage therapist, (although I do not practice massage any longer) Sound therapist and practicing Shamanic healing. Bit aprehensive at first as never really done much meditation before but what an absolute pleasure. Very warm welcome and put at ease straight away, the girls who run it are lovely and guided thru meditating journey each week all I have to do is sit back listen n embrace the energy. Definately worth getting into if wnt to feel positive energy and want a little break from reality.
