I offer reiki, crystal healing and drum healing.

Reiki energy healing is a wonderfully relaxing way to heal and recharge. I have trained to master level and channel high frequency light into your energy field and physical body which helps to cleanse and restore you energetically. Over the course of a 45 minute treatment, dense energies are cleared and you are given an ‘energy reset’, the effects of which can continue long after the session itself.

Reiki Drum Technique

I am also qualified in Reiki Drum, an innovative and effective therapy that uses the grounding and stabilising beat of the drum and the high frequency energy of Reiki. The treatments can be very transformative and there are three core techniques that are used, depending on your needs:

Crystal healing

Using the energy of crystals for energy balancing and healing. Each treatment session is tailored for your needs and as with reiki is helpful to have three weekly sessions initially. I use tailored and intuitively chosen crystal grids over your body to assist with rebalancing your chakra energy centres. This is a more specific way to work on your energy and we can discuss the results and how they relate to your current life challenges and stresses.

There are a number of different oracle cards that can help you clarify issues you may have and bring a healing solution. They help us know ourselves better and navigate our way through life with their wonderful healing energy and perspective.
