I qualified in Reflexology in 2008 and Reiki in 2011, and I have found that my passion has evolved and I have found with experience that I am able to help and support my clients who find their busy lifestyles are affecting the whole body.
Reflexology is a gentle, soothing yet effective therapy, which is based on the massage and stimulation of reflex areas found on the feet. The massage sees a variety of techniques being used, but the thumb and forefinger do most of the work, smoothing and moving congestion away from reflex areas to improve health and well-being and to stimulate deep relaxation.
Reiki is a Japanese, non-invasive healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body, restoring physical and emotional well-being, and stress reduction.

Laura taught me to Reiki Master/ Teacher Level. It was in her Yurt. A wonderful place for relaxation and spiritual growth. I enjoyed observing her teach and I am definitely incorporate many aspects of her teaching style into my courses. I particularly liked the fact that she teaches on a one to one basis. I feel that this is how I would like to carry out my courses as I could see that Laura gave her pupils the perfect setting for spiritual growth and development. With regards to the training that I’ve received from Laura, I’ve found her to be very helpful and patient. I feel that she is extremely passionate about her work and this very evident in her reaction to news that I give her about my new experiences and my own personal journey. She is very encouraging and reacts in a very positive way.
