Kernow Reiki is an holistic healing centre based in the beautiful and rural location of North Cornwall near Truro and Newquay. Therapies include Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Aura Combing, Dowsing for Allergies and Geothermic Stress, Animal Healing, and Sound Baths using pure quartz crystal singing bowls.
We are blessed here at Kernow Reiki to be surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of Cornish fields and gardens. You’ll be greeted by our free range chickens when you arrive, then you’ll be shown to the rustic Nordic cabin; fully insulated to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter, where you cannot help but start to relax and unwind.
Initial consultations involve discussing what you want from your healing sessions and filling out the consultation forms. I will also discuss the therapies in detail and answer any questions you may have. These initial consultations are free of charge.
The main therapies offered are Reiki, Sound Baths and Animal Healing though there is also a range of Dowsing services available which can help answer questions, locate missing objects, discover allergies, and find geothermic disturbance which may be affecting your physical and mental health.
One of the most exciting ranges on offer is a selection of postpartum sealing ceremonies and herbal remedies for new mums as well as tradition Bengkung belly binding and blessings.

.Caroline provided me with the most beautiful and relaxing “mother roasting sealing ceremony” today!
The experience began..with a cup of tea ☺️
Caroline talked me through the different stages of the ceremony and explained the various natural herbs, oils and ingredients she would be using. She also provided a beautiful notebook for me to write my birth story, a cathartic experience I was able to complete after the ceremony.
Whilst I fed my baby, she drew me a beautiful (and hot!) bath. Whilst I was relaxing in the water, she took care of my baby so I could completely relax and switch off, without having to worry if her needs were being met.
Caroline then provided me with a delicious lunch, which I was able to eat with both hands, and without a baby in the sling – a rare occurrence!
Then a powerful and emotive Reiki session, which I was able to experience with my baby in my arms. Followed by a warming belly paste and sacred bind.
Caroline was nothing less than wonderful throughout this whole experience. She was calm, thoughtful, nurturing and kind.
She allowed me for the first time in 10 weeks, to truly relax, both alone but also with my baby.
I would highly recommend Caroline’s services to any post-partum mother. She will help you to feel rested and rejuvenated in a relatively short space of time! Thank you Caroline!
