I have been working with Reiki for 13 years and have been a self-employed therapist for 6 years.
Therapies: Face Lift/Facial Rejuvenation Massage – effective and relaxing using only the hands. Original Indian Head Massage/Champissage – relieving tension in whole upper body, relaxing the mind. Acupressure Seated Back Massage – whole back massage in forward facing chair – press and release technique to release tension and stimulate energy flow. Kansa Vatki foot and leg massage – Ayurvedic, soothing and stimulating, balances energies to regulate bodily functions. Reiki – a frequency tranmission of energy to balance the body and calm the mind, inc courses and shares.
I work from my therapy room, provide mobile visits, offer my services at events and have worked providing staff treatments at a number of organisations for some years inc being a voluntary therapist at Farleigh Hospice, Chelmsford.
The hustle and bustle of this busy and challenging life means we hold a lot of tension in our bodies and we don’t quieten our minds enough to heal. My therapies are designed to relax the mind and body. Putting the body in a better place to heal itself.
