Hello, I have been helping people overcome anxiety, stress, emotional trauma and pain for 10 years. Having endured many traumatic issues in my own life and having years of stress lifted from me with Reiki, I love helping others with this wonderful healing modum.
I offer a safe space in which to relax and release negative issues, a build up of negative energy in our bodies through emotional trauma, stress, physical conditions or just day to day life can cause lethargy, anxiety or pain: the gentle but powerful energy of Reiki aids the body, mind and soul to self heal, releasing negative energy – which can get embedded in our body or aura and replaces this with pure higher vibrational Reiki energy.
I am currently working from a therapy room in Waltham Abbey or can do home visits for those who are immobile or too anxious to go out (within a 3 mile radius of Enfield)
