Hello. My name is Josie and I am a qualified master Reiki practitioner based in Creigiau, Cardiff.
I practice traditional Usui Reiki and am a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
My aim is to provide a calm, safe space to experience the positive effect that this therapy can have in all aspects of our lives. I have worked as a registered nurse in the NHS for nearly 20 years, and have a passion for incorporating a holistic approach to health.
Reiki is a wonderful therapy helping to restore our minds and bodies to a state of natural balance and wellbeing.
