I went on the introductory workshop to Reiki as I’d heard friends mention it, but was never quite sure what it was. After going on the workshop it made me book, and subsequently attend, the Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 courses at the Idea Store with the tutor Denise. Apart from anything else it’s such a peaceful and calming technique and I’ve gained confidence in healing myself and starting to work on others as well. Denise made every session knowledgeable and fun. And the courses are about a third of the price you’d normally pay elsewhere. I’d definitely recommend you book the taster workshop to learn more.
