I am a Shamballa Multidimensional Healing practitioner and Reiki Master with over 25 years’ experience in energy work and teaching.
My work focuses on bringing light into lived reality — supporting people to reconnect with their soul essence while staying grounded, embodied, and present in everyday life. Sessions are gentle, client-led, and centred on creating safety in the body and nervous system, allowing deeper integration rather than pushing for change.
Alongside Shamballa and Reiki, my work may include light language and soul retrieval where appropriate. These practices support energetic clearing, reconnection, and the return of lost or fragmented aspects of self, helping restore a sense of wholeness, vitality, and inner stability.
I work with sensitivity, clear boundaries, and respect for each person’s individual experience. Clients often come feeling stressed, disconnected, or at a point of transition, and sessions can support greater calm, clarity, and reconnection.
Teaching is an important part of my work. I love supporting others to understand their own energy, develop trust in their inner guidance, and feel empowered in their lives, rather than dependent on external authority.
All sessions are offered as complementary wellbeing practices and do not replace medical or psychological care.
My intention is to offer a grounded, supportive space where people can reconnect with their light and bring it fully into this life.

I have just completed a Reiki II course at Hope Healing. It was excellent,
I had my first Reiki experience with Hope Healing and was a bit nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. Suzanne however was wonderful, I loved the session and have been back for more! I can’t explain how good it makes me feel – it’s wonderful. And Suzanne is such a lovely person you feel like you’ve made a friend x
Suzanne is a powerful healer and has a lovely grounded energy. My Reiki session with her left me full of energy and positivity. I’d recommend her whether it’s something specific or a general top up to feel great.
I highly recommend Suzanne. I had terrible sciatica when i was pregnant with my second baby after having a horse riding accident years before. I fractured my spine and have sciatica as a result. Suzanne worked her magic on the area. I had a few sessions with her and the pain eased a lot. I have not had the pain anywhere near as bad as it was. Thanks xx
I can highly recommend Suzanne at Hope Healing for her amazing Rekik Therapy. Following a treatment with her I always feel so energetic and full of positivity. I’m looking forward to attending my first attunement with her in the very near future.
