Holistic Therapy Liverpool is owned by me Christine Wilson. I have been focusing on Holistic Therapies for many years. Having experienced at first hand how the effects of stress can cause illness.
It was as a consequence of my illness that I was introduced to holistic therapies by a friend. I was amazed at how my body responded to the therapy. I began to feel well, energised and balanced. I knew I wanted to learn more and share this knowledge and show and help others to the way to good health.
I am currently qualified in all the therapies to VTCT standards and I am insured to practice in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy and I am a Reiki Master/teacher practitioner.

I went for my first Reiki session with Christine over the weekend, from the start she put me at ease, explaining what the session would involve. I felt really uplifted by Christine’s gentle healing and would recommend her service without reservation
I had never tried reiki or reflexology and found Christine via Instagram. When I arrived I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Christine took the time to explain the session and what it involved as well as complete a questionnaire which helped decide which areas needed focus.
I am still learning with each session and I have had different experiences in each with the outcome being positiv. I not only feel relaxed immediately after but the experience continued with me for the days after.
Christine is so knowledgeable and I really like the fact that she tailors each session and builds on teaching and explaining things to me.

I was quite nervous trying Reiki for the first time but from the initial contact I made with Christine I felt completely at ease. In fact, from being nervous and apprehensive I ended up looking forward to having a Reiki session and I was not disappointed,
Christine was very professional and her level of knowledge blew me away. I did not know what to expect with it being my first ever Reiki session but Christine re-assured me and made me feel safe and relaxed. The Reiki session was beautiful and I learnt so much not only about Reiki but how to handle my stress and anxiety levels. Christine is a truly caring and empathetic person and I always look forward to my Reiki sessions and seeing her.
