We are a team of complementary therapists and holistic practitioners offering a holistic therapies including Reiki, Reiki training, massage, mentoring and mindfulness therapy.
‘Jikiden’ means directly taught and remains unchanged since the early days in Japan.
Jikiden Reiki is a natural hands-on healing method that everyone can use to improve health and wellbeing.

What a warm and friendly welcome from Lindsay & Sam. Such a calming environment. Having discovered them online, and having never met them before, both my Mum and myself were immediately put at ease. We enjoyed a totally relaxing healing session, for which we have been back for more! We felt amazing following treatments, and have definitely noticed subtle shifts in the days and weeks following. These have lead towards positive changes in our mood, attitude and behaviours, which are enhancing our health and well being in general.
