Helene offers all levels of Usui reiki courses, as well as Karuna ki. She also offers reiki sessions.
For all levels of courses, you are given manuals, meditation recordings as well as one to one support and full teaching at each level.
Our courses give you a sound grounding to develop your skill and delve deeply into reiki.
All courses offer a personal journey with the reiki energy, to that effect class sizes are kept small so that you can fully participate in all aspects of the course. You can also request 1-1 courses if this format suits you better.
A teacher by training Helene has been practising reiki since 2007 and teaching Reiki continuously since 2009, she has trained with many teachers worldwide and continuously deepens her understanding of the many facets of the Reiki practice and the wonderful journey it takes us on.

Anyone who has been thinking about learning reiki, I would strongly recommend taking a course with Helene.
I was on the fence for so long but I’m so glad I finally commited to the course as I feel changed for the better. I now have the confidence to practice reiki on others while feeling the energy flowing and acknowledging the benefits of the practice.
I have now done first and second degree with Helene and she has delivered both courses in a well structured manor, sharing lots of interesting information throughout and offering lots of support during and after the courses. She also has audible meditations for students which I found extremely helpful for remembering the practices and improving visualisation skills.
She has so much knowledge in reiki and other things spiritual and is willing to share and answer any questions you may have in such depth.
