Helen is a full time complementary therapist, using mainly Health Kinesiology, but also practices other therapies such as Colour Mirrors, Dowsing and Reiki.
Helen first started learning Reiki in order to go out to Bosnia to work with a wonderful charity the Healing Hands Network, which helps concentration camp survivors from the war.

I am proud to be Helen’s teacher of Reiki at Level I and Level II stage and although she is still under training, and is working towards becoming a Professional Reiki Practitioner, she has shown a commendable ethical commitment to the practise of Reiki from the outset. Her reason for wanting to learn Reiki, not just to add it to her list of other complementary therapies, but in order to go out to Sarajevo and help those traumatised by the atrocities of war, is just so typical of her and her compassionate, warm personality.
She has shown tremendous enthusiasm for this wonderful thing called Reiki, the real beauty of which is in its simplicity, with a Reiki Practitioner being able to transmit this amazing universal energy by touch, or by a hands-off approach. Whilst Mikao Usui’s original teachings were far more spiritually based, today Reiki is classed as a Complementary Therapy, which should be used alongside orthodox medicine and not instead of seeking appropriate medical treatment. Reiki takes a holistic approach of the whole person, and may help those who wish to progress spiritually and because it is non-religious it is there to help anyone who is open to wanting to learn or receive Reiki.
Helen is a first class Reiki Practitioner and will always use it as Mikao Usui intended it to be given, which is for the “highest good of all concernedâ€.

I have been going to Helen for some time for Health Kinesiology sessions which are wonderful and amazing, and Helen’s reiki treatments are just a impressive and lovely. It is a shame I am not permitted to be specific about how it has helped me and my dogs, but I would wholeheartedly recommend Helen to anyone, you will wish you had found her years ago. 🙂
Helen has a lovely nature about her, a very calming influence as well. Her treatments are always very thorough and as she’s in training I can only imagine what help and healing she will be bring to future clients will be most welcome!
