I have been involved in using natures ways to help us heal our bodies, minds and souls since 1998.
I have been a Medical Herbalist since 2000, with many years of experience using herbs to treat a wide range of health conditions. In 2001 I began using universal energy by training in Holistic Healing. After using this form of energy work for several years I began training in Reiki to widen and deepen my practice of using this intelligent energy.
In 2004, I completed my training to become a Bach Flower Therapy Practitioner and have worked with people using the Bach Flowers to help balance many different emotional states.
I also offer Aromatherapy, reflexology, and a stress management counselling and have a wide knowledge and experience base surrounding these.
I find working with higher power energy very rewarding and effective. I am on healing and development journey as others also are and working with energy is a powerful tool for us to open us to our true paths, understand the messages our dis-ease states are trying to show us and help return us to a state of self understanding and balance.

I was unaware what reiki was until I met Joanne and wasn’t sure what to expect. In both sessions I was made to feel comfortable prior to and throughout my treatment. I found reiki made me feel dreamy and relaxed during the session and left me with a calmness for the rest of the day.
