Goodlife Wellness offers one-to-one Usui Reiki treatments from our peaceful home studio in Garforth, East Leeds.
Each gentle, non-invasive session gives you time to slow down, rest and reconnect in calm, welcoming surroundings. You remain fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on, or just above, the body. Blankets and cushions are provided for your comfort, with time to settle before and after your treatment.
Sessions are suitable for adults seeking relaxation, quiet time and a greater sense of wellbeing. Treatments are provided professionally, with care and respect, by an insured Reiki Master Teacher and UK Reiki Federation member.
