Reiki (Ray-Key) – a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force. Reiki is energy healing; it works on the meridian lines of the body bringing balance & harmony to mind, body and spirit. Reiki goes to the root cause of the problem and encourages the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Crystal & Chakra
Crystal healing is an ancient therapy that utilises the natural power of crystals and gemstones to improve health and well-being. The treatment restores health and balance at all levels physical, emotional and spiritual. Crystals will be placed on the chakras and around the body to activate and support the natural self-healing process treating the root cause of the problem.
Hopi Ear
It is an energy therapy so you will find it very relaxing and feel a gentle warm flow of energy within the ear canal. It can be beneficial for sinus or ear related problems and is believed to also cleanse the aura as the candles burn.
Indian Head Massage
Deeply calming and relaxing massage that releases the stress which accumulates in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
