Freedom to be…is a dedicated wellbeing centre of excellence in Cowbridge, South Wales offering Life Coaching, Reiki and Reiki courses to the highest standard. The Reiki courses offered are the first in Wales to be verified and certified by the UK Reiki Federation as meeting the requirements of the Reiki Council’s core curriculum and National Occupational Standards for Reiki. Ruth Handley who runs freedom to be… is an experienced UK Reiki Federation Master Teacher, Registered Reiki Master Practitioner and a graduate of The Coaching Academy. She is also a member of the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies and the NHS Directory for Complementary & Alternative Practitioners. The centre has been established to create a relaxed yet professional and confidential environment in which to receive Reiki or Life Coaching, as well as being a beautiful space in which to learn Reiki. The centre is on the ground floor with wide doorways, no steps and has a disabled toilet.
