In so doing you will grow in personal confidence, raise your self esteem, learn how to attract success and how to achieve your goals by practising Mindfulness. You will also learn how to treat yourself with Reiki energy enabling you to combat stress and anxiety, relax more deeply, treat aches, pains and other ailments and how to train others to do the same.
