I’m Helen, a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner. I work with all ages offering 1-1 and group healing in person and online. I am based in Reading, Berkshire.

You can work with me in person at my garden clinic or at my clinic space in the heart of Newbury. Online I work internationally and offer monthly energy channeling events to support your journey.

I love teaching at Henley Yoga Studio Level One and Two Usui Reiki.

I support all souls on the spiritual path; individuals with health challenges, those going through the journey of grief and many neurodivergent children who need nervous system regulation.

I’m a powerful advocate for self healing, empowering individuals to sense and expand their energetic awareness.

As we clear our field of denser energies we are freer to feel our own soul’s path in this lifetime.

Working with energy medicine brings an abundance of autonomy and the infinite potential for vital health.
