Epping Reiki Master

Reiki has been an important part of my life for over 12 years now. Initially I was extremely sceptical about Reiki. I couldn’t understand how such a simple treatment could have such an impact on people’s lives. So I decided to learn, take courses, and immerse myself in the healing energies of Reiki.
To be honest, even after taking level 2 in Reiki, I still didn’t fully understand how Reiki worked, I just knew I had a connection with this powerful healing energy. I also knew, I just had to trust.
Reiki helps on many levels, from reducing physical pain, to helping balance emotions, and providing spiritual comfort.
I have been a Reiki Master for over 10 years, and enjoy introducing people to Reiki, helping them learn, grow and heal.
