I am a Holistic Therapist with almost twenty years experience. My aim is to empower clients to improve their health and wellbeing through the Energy Healing most suited to their needs.

Having initially trained as a Master Teacher in the Usui Reiki system, which I love, I was blown away by SourceSTAR Energy Healing and trained as a Master Teacher. It has literally been life changing and my life has been enriched immeasurably through it.

I practice and teach SourceSTAR Energy Healing, as well as Usui Reiki at in Aberdeenshire. Teaching in a calm and supportive environment is important to me to make students feel at ease, as well as building trust; so I run small classes, teaching level 1 to Master/Teacher level throughout the year at in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire.

I am a full member and chairperson to the SourceSTAR Association.

My desire to train in other healing modalities continues and I practice Emotional Freedom Techniques commonly known as EFT Tapping.
