Eknoor Healing are just what you need to provide some space in a hectic lifestyle. Manjit is professional while being in tune with just what you need and the type of person you are – this results in the personalized care I was after. Felt more relaxed after one session than years of trying anything else!
I met Manjit last March at my friend’s party where I was trying to walk with excruciating back pain. Manjit approached me and told me about the Bowen Technique and said that it might help my back. I told her that I had been in pain for a long time and that the doctors had not been able to find a solution. She said that the Bowen Technique was helpful for back pain and it might be worth trying. I was in so much pain that I thought I would give it a try. She then did some gentle moves on various parts of my body and then would disappear. During the treatment I was thinking that this cannot work, but at least I am getting to rest by lying down. At the end of the treatment which took about half an hour, I got up and felt that the pain had eased a little, but I was convinced that it was because I had been lying down and I had taken ibuprofen earlier so they must have kicked in. She told me that over the course of the week the treatment would continue to work and that I should drink water. At that time I did not believe what she had told me and thought this is all hocus pocus. However, 4 days later I woke up and realised that I was walking without pain! I had to stop for a few moments and check that I wasn’t just imagining it. My body felt light and I felt so alive!! I then contacted my friend to get Manjit’s number because I had discarded the business card Manjit had given to me thinking that I was never going to need it. Since then, I have been back to Manjit a few times for other ailments including Hay fever, which was so much better this year, and this time I have no doubt that it was due to the Bowen Technique. I recommend the Bowen Technique to everyone. I recommend getting a treatment from Manjit of Eknoor Healing to everyone.
