I came to Deborah for Reiki following an elbow dislocation and whip lash. I found the treatment very relaxing and soothing. My arm pain and inflammation was reducing the first treatment! I continued with weekly treatments and found this to greatly benefit the healing process. I began to get more movement which enabled me to incorporate my physio exercises.
I can highly recommend Deborah, she also has a very comfortable home-base practice.
I have never had a Reiki Treatment before as I find it hard to relax, but i thought i would give it a whirl, i felt very warm and relaxing, i fell asleep, there was some lovely meditation music being played in the background. I certainly slept well and the next touch i was bouncing with energy. Thank you.
