Alan is an experienced practitioner who has over 35 years in martial arts as well as internal energy practices.
A few years ago Alan became interested in developing his internal energy into positively promoting physical, mental and spiritual health.
Alan is a qualified Reiki Master as well as a practitioner and his services include treatment sessions and running courses for those students who wish to gain teaching practice and qualifications, that include, Reiki Level 1 and 2 and also Reiki Master/Teacher Level.
Alan is a practitioner member of the Association of Holistic and Complementary Practitioners (AHCP).
