I have visited Clare on several occasions; mainly to learn relaxation techniques. On the first visit I was surprised at how much more relaxed I felt after that session; I felt connected spiritually and was able to think more clearly. It is so important in my profession to be able to relax and focus as I am a semi-professional boxer. My Sad passed away earlier this year and Reiki helped me through and gave me the strength to cope. I didn’t know what to expect but Claire went through an initial health questionnaire and made me feel completely at ease. After each visit I’ve felt like a different person, which reminds me I feel I need to book another one. She has a warm and friendly personality and her Reiki definitely works. I would certainly recommend.

I’ve been to Claire many times for Reiki and find it amazing. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but she puts you at ease with her caring and friendly personality. In a calming atmosphere, you lie back and rrelax, listern to the tranquil music and Claire places her hands on your head, shoulders, etc. Its wonderful !!! A warm, relaxing, peaceful experience and I deffently feel more balanced. Thank you Claire !!! I would highly recommend.
