Relaxing Usui Reiki aimed at supporting the body’s natural healing energy system. A gentle holistic therapy that utilises loving spiritual life-force energy with an aim to help bring the body and mind back into a balanced and natural calm state.

Carrie is a Reiki Master trained in Reiki Shoden, Okuden, and Shinpiden Level, in the practices of both Eastern and Western – Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho. She has received all required attunements (at each level) in-person by an approved Usui Reiki Master recognised by the UK Reiki Federation. Both her Eastern and Western lineages link back to Dr Mikao Usui.

Carrie is also a member of the Reiki Association and participates in regular Reiki shares with fellow Reiki Practitioners.

Carrie genuinely cares about her clients and offers a quality, caring and professional approach to her practice.

45-Minute Short Reiki Session
60-Minute Full Reiki Session
90-Minute Extra Long Reiki Session

Please note that an additional 15-minutes will be added to your first Reiki session to include the initial intake and consultation.

Concessional rates are available for NHS Staff, Care Home Staff and Hospice Staff subject to evidence of employment/Staff ID.
