I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and Crystal therapist and am available for treatments and I teach traditional Usui Reiki . I am based in Ulverston, Cumbria.
I also practice Animal Reiki and am a qualified Mindfulness based Cognitive Behaviour Therapist.
Reiki is a very safe, ancient art of Natural Healing energy which can be traced back more than 2500 years, whereby universal life-giving energy is transferred by placing hands on or over a person, animal or plant with the intent to channel Reiki. The word Reiki, pronounced Ray-Key is a Japanese word which means universal life force or universally guided energy. Rei may be translated as ‘universal, transcendental spirit’ and Ki may be translated as ’life force energy’.
I am available for Reiki classes from Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki III Master/practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher.
I also run Reiki revision classes for those of you who learned Reiki some time ago and wish to come back to this wonderful therapy.

I met Brenda four years ago when I was interested in doing my Reiki 1. We just clicked and so I decided to continue my Reiki development with Brenda as my mentor. I have now completed my Reiki 1,2 & 3 and all with the great guidance from a valued tutor and friend. I find Brenda to be a warm and loving individual and extremely kind and generous in all aspects of her life, she is honest and open and the perfect mentor for Reiki and friend for life.
Brenda has been a brilliant mentor to me over a number of years. I am very lucky to be a part of the Reiki share group that she established in Lifeways Stratford. Brenda is a warm and loving person who worked at Lifeways, the centre that I manage in Stratford-upon-Avon, for many years before she moved to Cumbria. She ran Reiki workshops, a Reiki circle and did one-to-one treatments too. She had many friends and colleagues here who miss her! Cumbria has gained a star.
