Autumn Renewal offers professional Reiki treatments for individuals and workplace wellbeing programmes designed to help people pause, reset and reconnect with themselves.

For individuals, Reiki provides a calm, supportive space away from the pressures of everyday life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, emotionally drained, mentally exhausted or simply in need of time to recharge, each session is tailored to your individual needs. Treatments begin with a conversation about how you’ve been feeling and what you’d like to gain from your session, creating a personalised experience that promotes deep relaxation and supports your overall wellbeing.

Many clients choose Reiki to help reduce stress, improve relaxation, support emotional wellbeing, encourage better sleep and create a greater sense of balance. Reiki is offered as a complementary therapy and is not a replacement for medical care.

Alongside one-to-one treatments, Autumn Renewal also provides Pause & Restore workplace wellbeing sessions for organisations. These short, accessible Reiki treatments can be delivered during wellbeing initiatives, staff appreciation days, leadership retreats or workplace wellbeing events, giving employees an opportunity to step away from their desks, recharge and return to work feeling calmer and more focused.

My approach combines more than 35 years’ experience in healthcare and scientific research with a compassionate, evidence-informed Reiki practice. I welcome both those who are completely new to Reiki and those who already appreciate its benefits, offering a warm, respectful and inclusive environment where people can simply take time for themselves.
