Reiki.
A technique offering deep relaxation which helps the body to heal. It strengthens the immune system with inner vitality giving a sense of inner Peace with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
Reiki is channelled by a practitioner placing their hands gently and non-intrusively on the recipient whilst they sit or lie on a chair or couch.
As well as deep relaxation, the recipient may also experience a warm or tingling sensation, the sense of seeing beautiful abstract colours, recall happy memories, emotional “letting go” or simply falling blissfully asleep!
