I am a Registered Reiki Master Teacher with The UK Reiki Federation and The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), with whom I am also fully insured. Having practiced Reiki since 2012, my lineage traces directly back to Dr. Mikao Usui, and I teach the traditional Usui system enriched by over 15 years of personal experience. I offer Reiki courses at First-Degree, Second-Degree Practitioner Level, and Master Level, delivered in small groups (up to 10 people), private groups, or one-to-one settings, all within a relaxed and supportive environment where every student is heard and valued. In addition to Reiki, I provide a range of complementary therapies including holistic and deep tissue massage, reflexology, sound healing, and aromatherapy- each tailored to support your overall well-being on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
