Wellness Holistics offers Reiki, Crystal Healing and Hopi Ear Candling.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle form of spiritual energy, that works with you towards your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Reiki also helps by enabling you to reconnect with your true self as a Soul and to understand yourself as a spiritual being. It can therefore help immeasurably with your life path and journey.

A Reiki session lasts 40-45 minutes and involves you lying comfortably and fully clothed, on a treatment couch with comfy blankets and pillows. The practitioner then allows the energy to flow through their hands at each Chakra point, on or over the body. This allows the energy to flow through the practitioner, to you, the recipient, bringing healing and health to where it is needed.

Reiki is a gentle and intuitive energy. It is full of love, light and always works for your highest good.

Victoria has experienced the many positive changes and learning challenges that Reiki has brought to her life over the last 14 years.

Victoria has been attuned from Reiki I to Reiki Master level and has sound knowledge about how Reiki helps with personal development and the profound changes this can bring to our lives.

Crystal Healing

The purpose of a Crystal Healing is to cleanse the Aura, remove energetic blockages and balance the Chakras. This is an important part of spiritual cleansing and energy health that everyone can benefit from.

This treatment lasts around 45 minutes. A pendulum is used to assess the balance of the Chakras, then Crystals are chosen for use on each Chakra point to bring healing and appropriate balance to your Chakras.

Chakra Balance

This is a shorter version of a Crystal Healing session - it takes around 30 minutes. A Crystal Pendulum is used to asses the balance of each Chakra and is also used to balance the Chakras in a way that is appropriate to you.

Hopi Ear Candling

This is a wonderful relaxation treatment which can also help with congested sinuses, irritation in the ears, tinnitus and migraines.

The treatment lasts about 50 minutes and involves using a lit hollow ear candle which is gently inserted into the ear. The flame creates a warm massaging affect which helps release debris. The treatment finishes with an ear and face massage.

It is also believed that ear candling stimulates energy points and reflex zones, harmonising energy status.
