I have been running my business, Relax and Revitalise, since 2005. I have a peaceful dedicated treatment room and as well as offering Reiki healing treatments I also do Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and The Bowen Technique.

Coming for a reiki treatment is easy and nurturing.  You do not need to remove your clothes and reveal personal details although this can be a good space to talk and share some of your problems – this is more of a ‘ shedding the load’ experience so that you leave feeling lighter and brighter.

Reiki has a lot to offer in today’s busy world. I see a lot of people and have come to realise that many illnesses are a result of the stressful way we live. Reiki can heal from within, it can soothe the spirit and relieve pain and discomfort and make subtle changes which greatly improve our quality of life.

Reiki promotes relaxation, often creating a deeply meditative state. This energy brings harmony and is a powerful complimentary therapy for anything that feels out of balance.
